A driveway you can use.
Driveway width, parked cars and snow-storage space shape the clearing plan. Tell us when you need access and where vehicles will be parked.

RESIDENTIAL SNOW REMOVAL / LOWER MAINLAND
Snow clearing and de-icing planned around your home, your access and the paths you actually use.
A HOME IS MORE THAN A DRIVEWAY
A useful snow plan connects the whole route. We agree the clearing areas, treatment surfaces and access requirements with you.
Driveway width, parked cars and snow-storage space shape the clearing plan. Tell us when you need access and where vehicles will be parked.
Connect the driveway to the front door. Agree which walks, steps and entrance areas belong in your service scope.
Clearing snow and treating ice are different jobs. Define the surfaces to be treated and how de-icer materials are charged before the season starts.

SMALL PATH. RIGHT-SIZED EQUIPMENT.
A short path may only need a shovel. A medium sidewalk can suit a compact blower; a longer or wider route may call for a larger machine. Steps and tight entrances need their own approach.
We look at clearances, grade, surface and where the snow can go. Your agreement defines the included work and any salting or de-icing.

A few photos help us understand the route from the street to your entrance. Include the places that need extra attention.
Identify a practical storage area without blocking sightlines, gates, drains or neighbouring access. Snow relocation or hauling is quoted separately when needed.
Show us parked-car locations, front steps, side gates and the paths used by your household. Tell us about any access restrictions.
Confirm clearing areas, treatment surfaces, service triggers and your contact details before service begins.
CHOOSE HOW YOU BOOK
Starting rates below apply to a straightforward sidewalk or walkway-only stop. Driveways, stairs, inclines and difficult access are quoted to suit the work.
A quoted seasonal plan with unlimited visits for the agreed scope. Route capacity is reserved before winter; extreme-storm terms are set out below.
Five snow-clearing visits from $125 per visit reserve a place on the residential route. This is a separate booking option from unlimited seasonal service.
From $150 per snow-clearing visit, subject to route availability. Contact us to check whether we can fit your property into the route.
For per-visit bookings, a salting-only visit is 50% of the applicable snow-clearing visit rate, plus the salt or ice-melt product used. Driveways and parking stalls are added according to size, access and clearing method.
PRIORITY STARTS WITH A PLACE IN THE PLAN
Seasonal routes are planned around a five-hour return window in normal conditions. Your agreement defines when that window starts and the included work. Access, prolonged snowfall and equipment disruption can affect timing.
Seasonal service has no visit cap. An extreme-event surcharge of 40% of the agreed per-event baseline applies to continuous snowfall lasting 12 hours or more, or an event of 20 cm or more. Your agreement defines the baseline and event measurement.
Your seasonal plan covers repeat visits. Extreme storms have a defined extra charge.
