PlowWow's crews are trained, equipped and accountable. Every operator on a PlowWow truck has been through our internal winter-operations program — from plow control and salt rates to property care and customer communication.
What "Skilled & Courteous" Means at PlowWow
- Trained operators — every driver runs through plow, blower and de-icing certification before their first shift
- Property-first mindset — crews work to protect lawns, curbs, gates and landscaping
- Clear communication — text and email updates before, during and after major events
- Uniformed and identifiable — easy to recognize on your property
- Local teams — we live and work in the same communities we serve
Why It Matters
Snow removal is high-pressure, high-liability work. The wrong operator damages property, misses sidewalks or shows up late. PlowWow's hiring, training and accountability process is built so the people on your site are the people you'd want there.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are PlowWow operators trained?
Every PlowWow operator completes our internal winter-operations program before their first paid shift. Training covers plow control, snow blower safety, salt and de-icer application rates, property protection (lawns, curbs, gates), and customer-facing communication.
Will the same crew service my property all season?
Yes — wherever possible we assign a consistent lead crew to every contracted property, so your site is run by people who know your gates, hydrants, drainage and parking layout.
What happens if I'm unhappy with a service visit?
Call or email your account lead. PlowWow re-clears any walk, drive or lot that isn't to standard at no extra charge for the same snow event.
Are PlowWow crews insured?
Yes. PlowWow carries full commercial liability and WorkSafeBC coverage on every operator and piece of equipment. Certificates of insurance are available for strata and property-management contracts on request.
How do I know a visit actually happened?
Every PlowWow visit is logged with GPS, timestamp and on-site photos. Property managers and strata councils receive service records on request — useful for AGMs, budgets and any slip-and-fall claims.
