Planning winter service for a Kitsilano strata, home or commercial frontage? PlowWow accepts snow-clearing and ice-management enquiries for the neighbourhood. Send the actual property address and site information so route availability, scope and timing can be confirmed.

Start with the property, not a generic package

Identify the public sidewalk frontage, entrances, steps, internal walks, vehicle areas and any rear-lane access. Near West 4th or West Broadway, distinguish residential access from retail frontage or service entrances. A corner building may have more than one frontage to review.

Share photos showing stairs, slopes, gates, parked vehicles, surface types and equipment restrictions. Tell us which routes need priority attention and whether the property remains occupied during the work. Access details help define the equipment and work involved.

Agree on clearing and treatment separately

Ask which areas are cleared, how treatments are selected, what repeat visits cover and where snow may be stored. Identify new or decorative concrete and other sensitive materials. Any snow relocation, additional treatment or return work should be addressed in the proposal rather than assumed to be included.

Confirm timing in the agreement

PlowWow plans around a five-hour service standard after a storm event ends. The accepted agreement needs to define that trigger, the included work and the handling of continuing snowfall, access restrictions and changing conditions. Public-frontage needs and any during-storm priorities should be reviewed separately.

This page does not promise a 60-minute arrival, unlimited visits, a specific equipment assignment or a fixed seasonal price. Request a site-specific proposal and have the service arrangement confirmed before relying on coverage.

A dedicated guide for strata councils

For a detailed scope and council checklist, read Kitsilano strata snow removal and winter contracts. It covers frontage, entrance steps, parkade access, return visits and questions for comparing proposals.
