Use Port Coquitlam in the address field
PoCo is the familiar short name, but enter Port Coquitlam as the municipality in the online estimator. Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam are separate cities. The beta uses municipality text and postal-code format; it does not independently measure the property. No name or email is needed before viewing a standard starting result.

These are PlowWow’s provisional examples checked October 21, 2026, not citywide average prices. They assume normal snowfall conditions and the stated standard scope. The final property price, included materials and extraordinary-weather terms are confirmed in the reviewed proposal.
Count the route around a corner lot
A small driveway does not necessarily mean a small clearing area. On a corner property, show the sidewalks on each street and the path connecting them to the entrance. If access is from a rear lane, identify the driveway mouth, gate and turning restrictions separately. These details help explain why the reviewed price may differ from a standard driveway example.
A public road plow does not finish the private driveway
Port Coquitlam’s winter program covers the city’s roads and public priorities. Your private service arrangement needs its own boundaries. Discuss snow pushed across a driveway opening and whether a return clearance is included or separately authorised. Avoid assuming one pass will permanently keep every entrance open through continuing snowfall and public plowing.
Connect the service plan to the sidewalk deadline
Port Coquitlam reminds residents and businesses to clear adjacent sidewalks by 10 am the morning after a snowfall. Identify who is responsible for that frontage and how it fits into the reviewed plan. The online estimate does not establish route capacity, a guaranteed arrival time or a completed booking.
Make repeat visits and storage understandable
Ask what triggers a return during continued snow, how salt-only work is billed and where snow will be stored. Keep entrances and circulation in the discussion. Hauling snow off site is separate from pushing it to an agreed storage area. For a business or strata, put the contact who can approve changes on the proposal before winter starts.
What “instant” means in this beta
The calculation appears online, but entering an address does not run a satellite takeoff or confirm route capacity. The system checks municipality text and postal-code format. Larger custom calculations use the approximate measurements and visit allowances you supply. Results can change after review; each completed property quote helps refine the system.
The 2026/27 season means winter 2026 into 2027. It does not mean a second 2027/28 season is included. Seasonal, five-visit and custom arrangements must have their own dates, scope and terms. Heavy or prolonged snowfall, additional re-clearing and snow hauling must be addressed explicitly in the written agreement.
