Your address starts the estimate
Want a number before a sales conversation? Enter your Coquitlam street address, municipality and postal code in the PlowWow estimator. The beta displays a starting service estimate without asking for your name or email first. You can then request a formal property quote. Enter the full municipality name, especially if the address could be confused with Port Coquitlam.

These are PlowWow’s provisional examples checked October 21, 2026, not citywide average prices. They assume normal snowfall conditions and the stated standard scope. The final property price, included materials and extraordinary-weather terms are confirmed in the reviewed proposal.
Price the slope and the access, not just the driveway
For a Coquitlam property, tell us whether the driveway, entrance or parkade approach is sloped. A short steep route and a longer level route are different work descriptions. Identify any connecting steps, landings and gates, and show where a machine could turn or where hand clearing is needed. The beta does not automatically assess a slope from your address or add a verified elevation surcharge.
A house scope and a strata scope are different
A standard single driveway and walkway can start with the residential example below. A multi-building site needs its common pedestrian route, parking circulation and ramp considered separately. Unit count alone is not a measurement of the work. Individual-unit stairs and private paths are excluded unless agreed; connecting stairs on an agreed common route should be identified in the proposal.
Use Coquitlam’s rule when planning the service
Coquitlam’s Boulevard Maintenance Bylaw requires the relevant snow and ice removal within ten hours of the cessation of a snowfall or ice storm. The service plan needs to address the property’s actual obligations and the agreed response terms. A calculator result does not establish that a crew can meet your site’s required timing.
Compare an ordinary visit with the full winter plan
For 2026/27, decide whether you want a seasonal arrangement, a five-visit booking or individual service. Ask what is included in each: triggers, material, repeat visits and heavy or prolonged snowfall terms. Do not multiply one advertised visit price by a guessed number of storms and assume it is a seasonal contract. A storm can involve more than one clearing pass and additional ice-control work.
What “instant” means in this beta
The calculation appears online, but entering an address does not run a satellite takeoff or confirm route capacity. The system checks municipality text and postal-code format. Larger custom calculations use the approximate measurements and visit allowances you supply. Results can change after review; each completed property quote helps refine the system.
The 2026/27 season means winter 2026 into 2027. It does not mean a second 2027/28 season is included. Seasonal, five-visit and custom arrangements must have their own dates, scope and terms. Heavy or prolonged snowfall, additional re-clearing and snow hauling must be addressed explicitly in the written agreement.
